How it works:

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2 business days. We ship items out Monday through Saturday. We do our best to ship all items in a timely manner, but occasionally orders are delayed. This can be due to manufacturer backorder or a miscalculation of stock on our part. If a complication occurs you will be notified quickly and given the option of a refund.

We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you choose to return your product, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. To set up a return, email us and you will be provided with a return address. Returned products must be in their original, unopened package and must still be in new and unused condition. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less any shipping fees incurred by us. A 15% restock fee may apply. Once the item has been received and inspected your return will be processed and completed.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product or an item that was damaged during shipping please call us and allow us to help. Depending on the situation we may be able to offer a refund, send a replacement, or direct you to the proper manufacturer channels.
